Smoothie Recipes

Don’t want to experiment with the build your own smoothie list? That’s alright! I have a great premade smoothie list right here that will do the job for you. These savory recipes are great for an on-the-go breakfast or a midnight snack.

  • Mango Green Smoothie
    • 1/2 cup of almond milk
    • 2 cups of baby spinach
    • 1 medium ripe banana
    • 3/4 cup f frozen mango chunks
    • 1 tbs of almond butter (optional)
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 1 tbs of chai seeds
  • Blueberry Banana Smoothie
    • 3 cubes of ice
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 cup of blueberries
    • 1/2 cup of pineapples
    • 1/2 cup of almond milk
    • 1 tbs of peanut butter
    • 1 tbs of chai seeds
    • 1 tbs of oatmeal
  • Cherry Pineapple Smoothie
    • 3 cubes of ice
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 cup of fresh cherries
    • 1 cup of pineapple
    • 1/2 cup of almond milk
    • 1 tbs of chai seeds
    • 1 tbs of maple syrup (optional)
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 3/4 cup of coconut milk
    • 3 tbs of creamy peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
    • 1 tbs of agave (optional)
  • Strawberry Papaya Smoothie
    • 3/4 cup of papaya
    • 1 cup of strawberries
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 cup of coconut milk
    • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (optional)
  • Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
    • 3 tbs of oats
    • 1 cup of fresh spinach
    • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
    • 1/3 cup of plain green yogurt
    • 3/4 cup of milk
    • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
